We offer a comprehensive range of property services and manage all types of property, from large apartment blocks to small blocks of three or more properties. We currently manage hundreds of units for individual Freeholders, Right To Manage Companies, Landlords, Investors, and Developers.

Our residential portfolio covers Brighton & Hove, Eastbourne and Bexhill, along the south coast and up to Surrey and South London.

The residential blocks include iconic buildings along the south coast, from stunning regency seafront properties to conventional style blocks, luxury marina apartments and high-rise coastal towers with concierge service.

Managing property services requires skilled and highly trained property managers and an extended team of administrators, surveyors, maintenance personnel and building contractors. We are regulated by ARMA, and are members of PRS, the Property Redress Scheme.

Building Surveying

Our Consultant Surveyor project manages our major works and all aspects of repairs and maintenance, dampness and defects. The advantage of our own surveyor and building services team is that it provides value for money for our clients.

Lettings Management

We take care of your property when you’re not around and treat every property as our own. We have a dedicated team focussed on lettings and a tailored service to landlords. See our Lettings Fee Structure.

We customise our service to match landlord’s requirements, and staff regularly attend training courses to update knowledge on industry standards to make sure our properties remain safe and compliant.

Property Development

As part of the Charles Cox Property Group, and dependent upon the type and layout of your investment, we can offer you innovative property solutions which could maximise its value.

Every property has its challenges, but some may have value added through construction, refurbishments or addressing short leases. Others might have roof space development opportunities, and new opportunities could offset maintenance costs or significant work.

Right To Manage

Over the years, we have met many leaseholders who have become so frustrated with their managing agents that they don’t know what to do. Right To Manage puts the leaseholders firmly in control of the management of their building, either by managing it themselves or employing a new management company.
